About Angharad, Brook Cottage Shepherds Huts
Brook Cottage Shepherd huts is a multi-award winning retreat and has been featured in numerous newspaper and magazine articles, including The Times 25 Best Glamping Stays in the UK, The Guardian Top 10 Best New Glamping Sites and The Sunday Telegraph Top 10 Wild New Stays in Britain.
Located on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula near the border of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park in North Wales, Brook Cottage Shepherd Huts offers a quiet rural retreat in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with wildlife lake and mountain views to Yr Eifl (The Rivals).
There are 5 traditional handcrafted huts at the retreat, including two poacher's huts (Susanna & Angharad), two gypsy huts (Marared & Elen) and a single shepherd hut (Joan), each with a designer interior to make your stay truly unique.
Each hut offers all the luxury of a 5-star glamping experience, whilst at the same time allowing you to really switch off, relax and connect with nature. Each hut has its own en-suite shower room, cosy double bed, fully fitted kitchen, tables and chairs (inside and out) for quiet, intimate dinners and a wood-burning stove to make evenings extra cosy, as well as private outdoor space with firepit / BBQ for evenings beneath the stars.
Brook Cottage Shepherd Huts is exclusively adults only - perfect for solo travellers seeking a safe and peaceful retreat from the everyday or couples looking for a romantic escape to the country.
You can even bring your four-legged friend too - we welcome small / medium sized, well-behaved dogs in three of our huts, Joan, Susanna and Angharad.
