About Manor Town House

A Grade II listed Georgian townhouse, offering four star bed and breakfast with luxurious hotel-style accommodation in the centre of the historic Welsh market town of Fishguard, North Pembrokeshire.
Most of our guest rooms have sweeping sea views over Lower Town Harbour, and Cardigan Bay to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the Preseli Hills and even the LLyn Peninsula on a clear day. Perfect for 2, 4 rooms have super-king beds that can be made into twins and the other 2 rooms have king-size beds. Two rooms have space for an extra bed and although we are very happy to welcome families, the accommodation is more suitable for older children. The house is also the perfect place for group bookings to join together with a group of family and friends, with or without exclusive use. It's an opportunity to make the most of our hospitality, forget the shopping and cleaning and just enjoy precious time together. With advance notice we can cater for all meals or why not just enjoy the great places to eat on our doorstep?
Our secluded, secret garden with private terrace, (and we are told), one of the best views in Fishguard, is set just off the West Wales, Pembrokeshire coast path. It's somewhere to enjoy breakfast at the start of the day or a quiet place to sit and kick off your boots after a day's hike on the coast path.
We are fully licensed with an Honesty Bar and can serve a cool, local craft beer, special bottle in ice or a sparkling G&T. Alternatively, if you fancy and extra treat, with advance notice we also serve afternoon and cream teas for special occasions as well as offering packed lunches to help you make the most of our Great Outdoors.
A complimentary breakfast at The Manor Town House is a slightly different affair. We serve a set 4 course daily changing menu. We carefully source local and seasonal produce where possible, mostly vegetarian, flavour is at the heart of everything. Fresh fruit skewers and a Kilner pot with a variety of homemade compotes and granola with local yoghurt are followed by a cooked daily special. Expect something different every day such as lemon-roast asparagus in Spring, thyme-roast nectarines and Fishguard blackberries in August, Portobello mushrooms with truffle oil in winter and of course, special diets can be catered for too. Breakfast has had some incredible compliments and have been known to convert a few carnivores, so if you fancy trying something different, it is something new to try.
Always available to give recommendations and our top tips for things to do and places to visit, we also have a wide range of local experts on hand. Maybe you fancy cooking lunch from the rewards of a coastal foraging lesson, a bespoke tour of Pembrokeshire's ancient monuments or our historic castles, as well as guided cliff-top walks, dark sky experiences, and of course fun out at sea with boat trips or kayaking and paddle boarding in Fishguard Lower Town, just at the bottom of our hill, let us point you in the right direction.
So, whether it's just a simple, slow-travel train ride away for few night's escape, or a week's full-immersion experience into Pembrokeshire enjoying all our beautiful resources, get in touch with us directly, and we would love to help you start the journey for a memorable stay.
