About Hwyl Outdoor Sauna

Beautiful sauna located in the heart of Saundersfoot village.  A large picture window affords beautiful views across the beach and bay beyond.  On a clear day you can see the Gower and Worms Head.  

No two sauna sessions are the same, with weather, states of tide and sauna visitors’ vibes all creating a one off experience.  Dip in the sea or cool down in the inbuilt communal changing area, its completely up to you.  

Available in 25 or 50 minute sessions and as either a shared or private sauna sessions.  

Max 6 people on a shared session. Private sessions can have up to 7 people. Wonderful way to catch up with friends and family, or come alone and rel
Sauna numbers

The woodfired sauna stove keeps you toasty warm, even on the coldest or rainiest of days. Perfect rainy day activity. A wonderfully restorative experience that leaves you with a smile on your face and joy in your heart.  

Children 12 - 16 welcome on the private sauna sessions, with a responsible adult.  

16 years plus welcome on all sauna sessions. 

Please visit our website for opening times and availability as these vary depending on the time of year and school holidays.  Private sauna sessions can sometimes be arranged outside of our normal opening hours, please contact me to discuss this option.
