The lodge is 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which are all completely accessible apart from the baths. The main room is an open space consisting of kitchen and dining area, also a communal area with sofas and chairs. All bedrooms have an external door and outside is decked, level access. There is external table and chairs, hot tub and barbecue area. There is also an area to lawn. All doors are 915 mm wide, internal and external. There are no steps on the property. It's all on one level. The lodge is well appointed. It had full ensuite facilities, kitchen and utility room. 2 fridges, freezer, oven hob, microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine. We can provide additional cots if required for babies. Bedrooms are16 foot square, or 16 by 20 foot. Bathrooms approximately 15 by 10 foot, largest, smallest 10 by 8 foot. The property is located in a very rural area in the mountains of mid Wales. It benefits from lovely views and plenty of wildlife. There is extensive walking to do around this area. The elan valley dams are close by car. There is pony trekking and cycling home do locally. There is also fishing at the nearby lake. Llandrindod Wells is 15 minutes by car, Rhayader is 10 minutes by car. Builth Wells and the Royal Welsh show ground are 20 minutes away by car. Please note that guests are asked not to just wander around the entire site, but remain within the fenced area around the lodge or use the roadway to access and leave the site. The lodges are located on a working nursery, plants and trees are grown on site. There is very little noise created on site. We place this condition because it’s for the guest’s safety and privacy.
