Clare's review says it all;
Ty Cwch really is a little slice of heaven, it's so brilliant that we ended up going twice this summer and what a treat. The coast path in both directions is utterly stunning; the beach whether crashing waves or calm and flat is an utter joy; the seals bobbing and watching you is something you'll never forget and the cafe does a great hot chocolate. And the house is perfect whether for a small group (our first visit) or a family gathering (our second), superbly kitted out so you don't want for anything yet unique enough that you, and the small ones, don't feel it's too boringly like home!
Use Ty Cwch as your basecamp for coastal adventures. Step out of the boathouse directly onto the Welsh Coast Path and the beach:
• Kayaking and paddleboarding in crystal-clear waters (equipment storage available)
• Swimming alongside curious seals in the sheltered cove
• Dolphin-watching boat trips from nearby New Quay
• Spectacular coastal walks to hidden beaches and dramatic viewpoints
• Beach fishing, surfing, and beachcombing right on your doorstep
When you've had your fill of adventure, return to your unique space where the doors open to frame the valley, the kitchen invites group feasts, and the hammock under the sail-like canopies becomes everyone's favourite spot.
