About Amroth Beach

The beach has a fine promenade; fossil hunting, fishing, board sports and swimming are all popular activities here. The cliffs at the western end of the beach are unstable and should be avoided. Access to the beach is via a wheel chair friendly concrete path. Amroth marks the start of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, one of Britain's 17 long-distance National Trails.
Blue Flag beach. Lifeguard service provided 10:00 - 18:00 29 June to 1 September 2019. The small village of Amroth has a selection of shops, cafes and pubs, all close to the beach. Dog restrictions apply to the central and western end of the beach May - end September.
