About One Cat Farm

We provide 4 unique, cabins which we designed and built ourselves. They are generously spaced within a 3-acre meadow overlooking wildlife ponds and surrounded by hedgerows and trees. One Cat Farm is quiet, we don’t have noise pollution and at night there is no light pollution. Just the stars, the moon and the sounds of country life.
The cabins let you experience all the joys of camping, with the bonus of no damp tent or soggy belongings to drag home with you. Everything is set-up and ready for your arrival. We provide luxury linen with sprung mattresses, thick duvets and warm woollen blankets in winter. We promise you will be warm and dry even in the cold depths of winter in our highly insulated dens which feature double glazing and heaters, in summer the turf roofs keep you cool and dry.
The converted pig shed provides a huge, well equipped kitchen and dining space, hot showers and flushing loos. This is also highly insulated with a log burner and designed to be used all year round.
The kitchen is well equipped with gas hobs, fridge, food storage boxes and everything you could need to rustle up simple and delicious meals. There are some basic ingredients to get you started and tea, coffee and hot chocolate. A huge dining table is perfect for large groups eating together or for making friends with fellow campers. In the corner is a comfy sofa the wood burner and information on the local area.
We provide a generous basket of logs for the campfire each day. If you like cooking and eating outside then there are Dutch ovens for large stews and barbeques which can be hung from tripod stands over your own campfire.
The site is very family friendly- kids can roam, without worrying about cars. We are also popular with couples looking to hunk down for a quiet romantic weekend. If you are looking for somewhere to bring a group of people for a special celebration or reunion then we can accommodate up to 16 adults and you will have exclusive use of the site for your stay. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
We want to keep our impact on the environment minimal, we use electricity from renewable sources to heat the cabins and hot water, we encourage guests to recycle, we use a water treatment plant for our waste water and provide eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We try not to ever use single use plastic on site.
There is plenty to do locally with lots of walks directly from the site, numerous beautiful beaches a short drive away and the pretty Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron just 3 miles down the road.
We are open all year round. Our winter rates start from £75 per night (min 2-night stay) and in the peak season short breaks are available from £345 (weekend break). We are flexible on dates outside of the Easter and Summer Holidays when our changeover days are Monday and Friday.
