About Penmaenmawr Museum

Penmaenmawr Museum takes you on a journey through the history of the landscape, the town and the people, using stories and objects from the ancient past to the present.

The museum is an independent community museum, run by volunteers. As well as managing the museum, coffee shop and gift shop, we look after an archive collection, organise an annual lecture series, hold community events and a summer activity programme, and lead heritage walks.
