About Firing Line Museum

The Firing Line Museum aims to be a world class museum that will inspire, educate and entertain our visitors. We will provide an engaging space that connects our communities and audiences with the heritage of 1st The Queen's Dragoon Guards and The Royal Welsh. The museum will preserve the collections of both the Cavalry and Infantry, we will highlight the stories of ordinary people who have done extraordinary things in the line of military service and will encourage active dialogue about the role of the Armed Forces in Wales.
