About Llynnon Mill

Llynnon Mill is now in the careful hands of miller, Lloyd Jones, who maintains the multitude of cogs and sails whilst producing some wonderful stoneground wholemeal flour using organic wheat.

So if you want to bake a truly Welsh Bara Brith (fruit bread) then pop over to the mill to pick up one of the lovely brown paper bags full of flour.
Whilst there, call into the tea rooms, take a stroll along the Llynnon Trail (a 2-mile family friendly walk), and visit the roundhouses that are also on the site providing an insight into the life of Iron Age farmers over 3,000 years ago.
