The Castle overlooks Craig-y-Nos Country Park, in the Brecon Beacons National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Steeped in history, once home of the famous opera singer Adelina Patti, the Castle is a must see for all visitors to the area.
The castle is open to the public when there is no exclusive use wedding on. Midweek Sun to Thurs the castle is open 10 am to 5 pm and offers Room Only accommodation in the en-suites. At weekends the castle is often booked to weddings but you can visit the grounds. The Castle has two car parks with free ample parking for visitors and guests.
Craig-y-nos Castle hosts 80-100 weddings and events a year, including annual events such as Stink Eye (Welsh Terrier event), University studies groups, Monthly Ghost tours and Murder Mystery Dinners, Birthday groups etc. Guests have a choice of function rooms, meeting rooms, bars, accommodation, entertainment and dining facilities, complemented by a range of outdoor activities in the Brecon Beacons National Park.
