Blue Horizons Coastal Adventures is the only not-for-profit surf school in Pembrokeshire, offering unforgettable surf lessons and coastal experiences for visitors, families and locals of all ages and abilities. Set against some of Wales’ most beautiful beaches, we create welcoming, high-quality experiences designed to help everyone feel confident in the ocean. We provide surf lessons for complete beginners through to those looking to progress their skills, with small group sizes and experienced instructors ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Sessions are carefully planned around the best conditions each day, using a range of stunning locations including Manorbier, Freshwater West, Newgale and Broad Haven. All equipment is provided, so you can simply arrive and enjoy your time in the water. Alongside our general surf lessons, we specialise in adaptive surfing and accessible coastal experiences for people with additional needs, disabilities, injuries or long-term health conditions. Using specialist equipment and a tailored approach, we support individuals to access the ocean in a way that works for them, whether that’s catching waves, building confidence or simply enjoying time by the sea. As a not-for-profit organisation, all profits from our surf lessons are reinvested into local adaptive surfing and wellbeing projects. This helps us break down barriers to access and support more people in our community to experience the physical and mental benefits of the ocean.
