Mountain Yoga

Mountain Yoga sits on a 110 acre outdoor training facility and is located in the mountains surrounding Cardiff.
The facility offers indoor and outdoor health & wellbeing retreats, yoga/Pilates classes, cold water therapy and much more! Our mountain view studio and surrounding locations allow any visitors to switch off and tune out from the noise of life and escape tin the beauty of the Welsh countryside.

We are 7 mins drive from Cardiff city centre and 8 mins walk from Taffs Well central train station with connections all over Wales. The Taff Trail bike path passes right through the boundary of our land and so is easily reachable by any means of transport.
