Gwynfryn is a stylish, three-bedroom home located in Pen-Clawdd, Swansea.

Enjoying elevated views of Loughor Estuary, whilst set near a selection of amenities, attractions and the Gower Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Gwynfryn offers a contemporary base to explore the coast of South Wales for a families or groups up to of five people.

Stepping inside to the open-plan living space is stylishly furnished with a plush corner sofa and wall-mounted Smart TV, dining space for five guests, and a well-equipped, integrated kitchen. Use this space as your social hub, whilst some peace and quiet can be enjoyed in the snug, a lovely nook where you can delve into a good book with a glass of wine in hand, or even get some work done if you really have to, away from the rest of the home. At the back of the house there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer plus a downstairs toilet. Access to the backyard allows sandy or muddy gear to be left in the dry and provides a great place to dry off your furry friends.
Upstairs there are three well-appointed bedrooms, a king-size (zip/link), a double, and a single, all serviced by a spacious bathroom and a sleek shower room. The balcony, accessed from the landing, has fabulous, far reaching views over the Loughor Estuary.

In the village itself there is a supermarket and Post Office where you can stock up on homely necessities, GG's Ice Cream shop is also close by if you fancy a sweet treat, along with a selection of takeaways if you don't feel like cooking, as well as Estuary and The Royal Oak Public House, where you can enjoy a tipple and some traditional pub fare, whilst a hub of additional amenities lies in nearby Gorseinon.
