About Oxwich Bay Hotel

Overlooking Oxwich Bay and just steps from one of the UK’s finest beaches, the second-generation family-run establishment combines natural beauty, rich heritage and warm Welsh hospitality to ensure an unforgettable experience for every guest.

Accommodation includes four distinctive options, the Old Rectory Hotel Rooms dating back to 1788, quintessential cottage ensuites, serene Secret Garden Pods and family caravans immersed in nature.

The hotel’s historic charm is evident in its centuries-old wood beams and fireplaces crafted within the trunk of a 300-year-old tree. Originally built as a rectory for the on-site church, which is still in use today, the property celebrates its heritage while offering modern comforts.
Guests can enjoy fresh, locally sourced cuisine from breakfast through to dinner, as well as signature afternoon teas and traditional Sunday roasts. Dining experiences range from cosy meals by ancient fireplaces in winter to al fresco dining with a beach breeze in summer. The hotel’s culinary offering extends to a Michelin-starred restaurant, just a short stroll away.
