About Manor Town House

The Manor Town House is a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse in the centre of Fishguard, North Pembrokeshire. We are a five-star Visit Wales graded hotel-style bed and breakfast offering a luxurious but a relaxed stay in an historic Welsh home, with a warm welcome and thoughtful hospitality.

Most of our rooms have sweeping sea views across Lower Town Harbour and Fishguard Bay towards the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and the Preseli Hills. On a super clear day, you might glimpse the Llŷn Peninsula on the horizon. Four rooms have super-king beds that can be arranged as twins, and the other two have king-size beds. Our most spacious three rooms have space for an extra bed. Families are welcome, although the house is generally better suited to older children. We also welcome groups of family and friends, with or without exclusive use, so you can enjoy time together without worrying about the shopping and cleaning.

Our secluded garden and private terrace are set just off the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and no photograph will ever do the views justice. Enjoy breakfast outdoors in the summer, take in the views or settle down to rest after a day walking the coast. Picturesque Fishguard Lower Town harbour is just a short stroll down the hill, and the town centre is on the doorstep, with places to eat within a minute’s walk.

Manor Town House

A s for breakfast, it's a complimentary four-course treat menu that changes every day. Mostly vegetarian, with flavour at its heart, we use local and seasonal produce where possible, and special diets can be catered for. Guests can also enjoy our licensed Honesty Bar and with advance notice, we can prepare packed lunches or hampers for days out, serve cream teas or have a bucket of Champagne with handmade, Belgian chocolate-dipped strawberries awaiting in your room for special occasions.

Fishguard whilst being a great place to visit for the day, (don't miss the 100ft Last Invasion Tapestry in Fishguard's Town Hall!), also makes a convenient base for exploring the coast and countryside of North Pembrokeshire. Walk sections of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path or ask us for recommendations for guided cliff-top walks and local places to eat and visit. We can also help you find experiences such as coastal foraging, trips to castles and ancient monuments, dark-sky experiences, boat trips, kayaking and paddleboarding in Fishguard Lower Town.

So, whether it's just a simple, slow-travel train ride away for few nights’ escape, or a week's full-immersion experience into Pembrokeshire enjoying all our beautiful resources, get in touch. You can only book directly and we would love to help you start the journey for a memorable stay.
