Go wild in style! Our hidden gem of a campsite is surrounded by the magnificence of Mid Wales.
We are a small family farm site hidden in the Cambrian Mountains of Mid Wales, near the lovely town of Llanidloes. Our easy to find, just off A470 location makes a stay with us convenient yet once you wind up to our drive you are on top of the world with spectacular views both day and night - we are a recognised Dark Skies Wales area for outstanding stargazing due to our lofty 1300ft height and unlight polluted sky.
Whether you are hiking, MBT, wild swimming or just relaxing it is a superb undiscovered location surrounded by nature with a fabulous local area to explore. So much for all the family to enjoy. Mountains, forest, lakes, coast, cafes, local artisans & restaurants.
Choose from romantic secluded Shepherds hut with repurposed horsebox shower & woodfired outdoor bath with stunning valley views or head to our wildflower camping meadow for family & dog friendly glamping/camping.
There you can wander down the meadow to find our 2 new spacious 6m geo-domes sleeping up to 6 & bell tent sleeping 4 with memory foam beds & all the comforts (even for the four-legged visitors) plus a covered camp kitchen or your individual meadow camping pitch, each with firepits& log seating.
Small touches make the difference here - your very own eco-loo, hot horsebox washing up, hot shower shacks, logs& drinking water on your pitch ready for your arrival, kids activities in the evenings (during summer hols/weekends), animal feeding and our hugely popular weekly woodfired pizza night!
