The Royal Welsh Show is one of Europe’s most prestigious agricultural events, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors to Mid Wales for an unforgettable four-day celebration of farming and rural life. With a distinctive Welsh flavour, the show brings together the farming industry and wider rural community to showcase the very best of British agriculture.
Across the four days, visitors can enjoy an extensive programme of livestock competitions, with entries travelling from across the UK and beyond. Alongside this, the show offers a huge variety of attractions including forestry, horticulture, crafts, countryside sports, shopping, and exceptional food and drink. Each day features up to 12 hours of entertainment, displays and activities, ensuring there is something to interest everyone.
The Royal Welsh Show is a prime shop window for farming in Wales, welcoming over 200,000 visitors, showcasing up to 7,000 livestock entries, and hosting more than 1,000 trade stands, including over 400 retailers. The Royal Welsh Food Hall and food showcase highlight the very best of Welsh and British produce, making the show a perfect day out for the whole family.
