About King Arthur's Labyrinth
King Arthur’s Labyrinth is a guided underground storytelling adventure near Machynlleth in Southern Snowdonia. Your visit begins with a short boat journey through a magical underground waterfall, then you follow your guide on foot through tunnels and caverns as Welsh legends unfold through scenes, light and sound. Expect stories of dragons, giants, fierce battles and King Arthur.
Cool when hot and dry when it's wet, King Arthur’s Labyrinth is a good option in all weathers. The stories suit a wide range of ages, from school‑age children who enjoy the drama to adults who want to explore the roots of Welsh myth and legends.
Allow around 1 hour 15 minutes for the Labyrinth experience. Tours are guided and group sizes are limited to a maximum of 18 people, so advance booking is recommended, especially in busier periods. If you want to make more of a day of it, you can also visit the Welsh Legends Maze, Corris Mine Explorers and browse the 9 craft workshops. Enjoy the onsite cafe too. Dogs are welcome in all the above ground areas and there's free all-day parking.
