About Mountain Yoga

Mountain Yoga, a 110 acre wellness facility, is located in the mountains just a stones throw from Cardiff City Centre.

The facility offers indoor and outdoor health & wellbeing retreats, 4 daily yoga classes, hot and cold water therapy and much more! Their mountain view studio and surrounding locations allow our visitors to switch off and tune out from the noise of life, and escape to the beauty of the Welsh countryside.
Located a 15 minute drive from Cardiff city centre and 8 mins walk from Taffs Well central train station with connections all over Wales. The Taff Trail bike path passes right through the boundary of Mountain Yoga and so they are easily reachable by any means of transport.
