---KITCHEN---
The Exchange has a spacious well-equipped modern kitchen with seating for all guests at the giant table looking straight out to the estuary. As well as all the essentials, the kitchen includes an American style fridge freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine - we all need a real coffee even on holiday.
---FAMILY ROOM---
Also on the ground floor is a family room with sofa, smart TV, an Amazon echo and even a retro Nintendo. With additional kitchen storage and a wine fridge you'll always have a refreshing drink available.
---BOOTROOM—-
After a long walk, trip to the beach, game of golf, or any other adventure you've had - this space at the back of the house is ideal for you to hang your wet things, or put away your equipment. We've also included some beach essentials for you to use. A toilet also provides an added convenience.
---LOUNGE---
On the first floor is the lounge which features a caramel coloured leather sofa, on trend arm chairs and a splash of the 70’s with original ercol furniture. Superfast broadband and another smart tv make this room an ideal space for checking in with the office or streaming your latest Netflix binge. With a record player, vintage cassette player along with an additional Amazon echo, absorbing views from the bay window seat, this room has it all. Put your feet up and enjoy.
---UTILITY---
Also on the 1st floor is our new utility, or as we've called it, the "engine room". We've provided a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & board, along with a drying rack. With a sink to wash off all that excess sand, this is a really useful new addition to the Exchange. You'll also find the travel cot, high chair and travel stairgate here.
---BATHROOMS---
The 1st floor has a family bathroom you could throw a party in with a scrumptious corner bath as well as a walk-in shower.There is toilet and wash facilities on every floor with a new walk in shower room on the top floor.
---BEDROOMS---
The Exchange comprises 4 bedrooms across the 2nd and 3rd floors, all of which have Hygge style clothing rails, a chest of drawers and duck & down bedding. The two master bedrooms have panoramic views with king size beds and ample room and include sheets, towels and some luxurious extras that will make your stay as relaxing as possible.Each back bedroom has 2 single 6 ft beds. The top floor room has an additional trundle bed if needed, whilst the room below has ample space for the travel cot. Both rooms have duck and down pillows, duvets and towels, along with some quirky extras.
---OUTSIDE---
We provide a free parking pass for the centrally located car park. There is a small yard space at the back of the house for bikes, canoes etc. and for those lovely summer evenings there is a cute little bench to sit and ponder on at the front of the house. Don't forget that at low tide a barbecue on the shingle beach opposite is a must.
Set over four floors the Exchange really is a wonderful picture postcard property.
