About Admiral Swansea Bay 10k

The Admiral Swansea Bay 10k returns for its 45th race on 20 September 2026, and takes place along the beautiful and iconic sweep of Swansea Bay!

Open to all abilities aged 15+, the course is a firm favourite with both experienced and first time runners, as the fast and flat course is a perfect introduction to road running, and perfect for improving your personal best.

All of this, combined with a great family atmosphere resulted in the race being named Best 10k in the Wales in 2019 at The UK Running Awards

Junior 3k Race

For the 9-14 age group and at 3k in distance, this is a great race for younger runners.

Junior 1k Race

The Junior 1k is the perfect introduction to running for your little ones - a fun, no pressure environment, and a distance that's achievable and enjoyable.

Wheelchair Race

Being voted as one of the best races i the UK, 

Mascot Race

The Swansea Bay10k would not be complete without the Mascot Race!
