Jonathan Woolway dinner at fforest farm

Following last year's Welsh guest chef series, we are thrilled to welcome back Jonathan Woolway, renowned chef and proud Welshman for a very special dinner this autumn.

Jonathan brings with him a deep passion for honest, seasonal cooking that is firmly rooted in the landscapes, traditions and exceptional produce of Wales. Known for his time at celebrated establishments such as St. John, Jonathan’s cooking champions simplicity, integrity and the joy of sharing food with others.

Most recently, Jonathan has opened The Shed in Swansea, a restaurant that reflects his love of Welsh ingredients and his belief in cooking that is both thoughtful and unpretentious.

Come for the full weekend and settle in properly. Good food, good company and time to slow down in our special corner of West Wales. Weekend guests can enjoy our Nature Spa tucked away in the woodland - a perfect chance to properly relax.
