Gottwood Festival returns to the wooded grounds of Carreglwyd Estate on Anglesey for its landmark 15th anniversary edition. The boutique electronic music festival has built a reputation as one of the UK’s most immersive underground gatherings. Surrounded by forest clearings, winding paths and natural amphitheatres, Gottwood offers a setting that feels intimate and exploratory rather than commercial or overcrowded.
The 2026 edition marks a significant step forward for the festival, introducing 24-hour programming across selected stages for the first time. This extended licence allows music to continue around the clock in carefully curated areas, enhancing the immersive atmosphere while preserving the event’s close-knit feel. As always, the focus remains firmly on high-quality underground electronic music spanning house, techno, bass and experimental sounds.
This anniversary lineup blends internationally respected names with forward-thinking emerging artists. Highlights include the eclectic selections of Call Super, the unmistakable groove of Mella Dee, and the genre-spanning sets of John Talabot. Festival favourites Mr Scruff with MC Kwasi also feature, alongside a special back-to-back set from Eris Drew and Octo Octa. With more than 60 artists across the weekend, the programme promises depth, diversity and carefully curated energy rather than mainstream headline chasing.
Beyond the music, Gottwood embraces community and wellbeing. Yoga sessions, sound healing, and relaxed social spaces provide balance to the late-night energy, encouraging festivalgoers to recharge before heading back into the forest. Camping is included with weekend tickets, and boutique glamping options are available for those seeking added comfort. As an 18+ event, the festival maintains a mature yet free-spirited atmosphere that has helped define its identity over the past decade and a half
