Is this the fastest parkrun in Wales? JOG ON's Harry Morgan @thisisjogon

Harry Morgan, of the running themed YouTube channel and Podcast JOG ON, recently spent a weekend visiting Swansea, Mumbles, and Gower in West Wales.

During his trip, Harry joined in the friendly park run along the beautiful, flat Swansea Bay course, scoring a new personal best. He explored Wales's largest indoor market and various historical and cultural places of interest.

Harry finished his holiday with a spectacular coastal run along Gower's Three Cliffs Bay, taking in the wonderful scenery and wide views.
