Join the team for advance training session to give you the confidence and skills to fully prepare you for your own SUP adventures by being able to paddle efficiently and effortlessly and to cope with with challenging conditions such as the wind, chop and flow. They are also WSA trainers, providing SUP instructor training.

Psyched Paddleboarding has a wonderful store in the heart of Menai Bridge selling high quality paddle boards, SUP equipment and accessories, clothing and life style goods that are sustainably made.

Psyched Paddleboarding is founded by Sian Sykes, the first person to around Anglesey and more recently she was the first person to paddleboarded a 1000km journey around the whole of Wales, hugging the English and Welsh boarder on canals and rivers and round the coastline of Wales! It was a solo unsupported expedition. She is the highest qualified SUP instructor.

Sian is a Global Ambassador for Starboard, and team rider for Starboard UK, as well as an official partner for Peak UK and a trainer for
Water Skills Academy.

Sian is the regular ‘Expert’ in SUP International Magazine sharing her expert knowledge for its readers.
