Sleeping up to 12 guests, (can be split into an 8 and 4 as separate properties) the property features four large double bedrooms, two twin bedroom, and five bathrooms, two of which are en-suite.

Set proudly on the sunny side of the valley and bordering the stunning Gwydyr Forest, Woodlands Estate House/ Plas Coedfa combines elegant period character with modern comfort. Original features include exposed wooden floorboards, a striking slate diamond-pattern floor, high ceilings, sash windows, and beautiful fireplaces, including a green marble fireplace in the living area and original fireplaces in each bedroom, 3 wood burners one in each of the lounges and dining.

The spacious Smallbone kitchen is fully equipped for family gatherings1 and relaxed entertaining, featuring an Aga two-oven gas range, wall mounted electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, additional under-counter fridge, coffee machine, two washer/dryer in separate utility rooms. 

Double doors lead onto a private patio and rockery area with a large dining table and outside rattan sofas, where guests can enjoy the sound of the nearby mountain river and the evening sunshine there is also a second kitchen.  Large dining room, large lounge and a snug, utility and two downstairs WC.

Guests also have access to over an acre of landscaped grounds, lawned, woodland and terraced gardens, azalea, heather and alpine garden providing plenty of space to relax and explore.
