Beside the Mon and Brec Canal, they sleep 2 to 6 and suit walking and cycling breaks, with easy canal-side walks from the door. Three cottages welcome dogs.

About Ty Newydd Holidays (self catering)

Welcome to our collection of four charming self-catering barn conversions at Tŷ Newydd, in the Brecon Beacons National Park (Bannau Brycheiniog). Set around a traditional Welsh farmhouse courtyard, the cottages sit next to a canal boat marina on the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, with easy towpath walks from the door, including to the local pub.

With views down the Usk Valley and Pen y Fan, it is a quiet place to come back to after a day on the hills. Three of the cottages are dog-friendly, and there is EV charging. Also, there is parking, Wi-Fi, secure bike storage, and a BBQ area for relaxed evenings. Under the National Park’s dark skies, stargazing is a real highlight.
