About Powys Country House and Cottages

We have a terrace of 2 cottages: Stable Cottage and Cowshed Cottage. There are also 3 acres of grounds, with lawn tennis court, an outdoor giant chess set, croquet, and an enclosed paddock to play football, or to exercise your dogs. BBQ and seating areas. We also have access from our paddock down to the River Dee.

This is a great venue for large groups. We often hire out all the cottages and the guest accommodation at Powys House, to wedding parties who want to make a weekend of celebrations. Also, many sporting enthusiasts such as bikers, cyclists, rally drivers, canoeists and ramblers have all used, and enjoyed the facilities at Powys House & Cottages.
