About Heron's View

Heron's View has been recently renovated with comfort and quality in mind. The property is entered through a light porchway, with floor to ceiling double glazed windows which maximise the views of the Clwydian Hills and the Old Miller's House. The downstairs comprises a modern kitchen with all appliances (Inc. washing machine and dishwasher), a double aspect dining/living room, with a large internet enabled TV and two comfortable sofas - perfect to snuggle in to in front of the wood burning stove! There is ample storage facilities off the living room for wellies and coats. Upstairs there is a large en-suite bedroom, with dressing table, hairdryer, and anything else you could need. There is a three piece bathroom with a heated towel rail, illuminated mirror (and integrated shaving point) and a large bath which is perfect for a lazy soak after a long day. The outside space, off the living room, is part of the old flash pond for the mill, which has been terraced and is a wonderful suntrap.
Light and airy, the space lends itself both to a relaxing weekend in the countryside, or as a base from which to explore.

The site is on the edge of the historic medieval market town of Ruthin, with multiple restaurants and bars (and a pub within walking distance). There is ample safe parking and secure bike storage.

The area also boasts numerous National Trust properties and World Heritage Sites. The Coast, Chester, and the Edwardian Castles of North Wales are also within easy driving distance.

A Covid-19 cleaning regime has been put in place in line with Govt guidance.
