The Grove is an exquisite country house nestled in the beautiful seaside village of Llanfairfechan.
Constructed during the Edwardian era in 1908, this magnificent property still retains many of its original architectural features, lending it a timeless charm.
Opening the front door, you enter a beautiful hallway with original tiled floor.
Off the hallway is your cosy Lounge with comfortable chairs and sofa to relax and a large 50” TV and board games to keep you entertained.
There is a Guest file detailing lots of local information and recommendations.
Also off the hall is a panelled corridor leading you to your well-equipped Kitchen filled with period features whilst having all modern amenities.

The Grove offers 3 en-suite bedrooms: 2 King size rooms & 1 Twin (Max 6 people)
The largest ensuite has a bath and shower where the other 2 bathrooms have a shower.
They are designed to meet your comfort and every need.
All rooms have a TV, a hairdryer, and have bedding and towels provided.
Wifi Included.
An outside patio with table and chairs to seat 6 is available for your enjoyment.
Ample onsite parking.
There is a 3-night minimum stay.
The Owners are attached so are on hand for any help or advice but are completely separate maintaining your privacy.
The Grove is on the main bus route from Bangor to Llandudno via Conwy.
There is also a train station in the village (approx. 20 min walk)
LLanfairfechan is the ideal location for a base to explore all the delights that North Wales has to offer.
A quiet costal village but does have a couple of pubs a well-stocked co op and some lovely cafes.
LLanfairfechan also boasts a Golf club and Sailing club that welcomes guests.
