Set on the edge of Snowdonia National Park and overlooking the lake-side village of Llanberis, this imposing Victorian country house has been lovingly restored and converted to provide two quality self-catering holiday apartments and a converted Coach House Cottage.
Our accommodations offer you all the freedom & flexibility of self-catering and all the facilities & amenities you could possibly need for either a short break, long weekend or a family holiday. If you want a bowl of cornflakes at 2am ... You can have one!!!
The Peris apartment is ideal for a couple or a young family and typically sleeps 2 people with up to one additional guest. It is situated on the ground floor of the main house and comprises of a very large, dual aspect double bedroom, a fully equipped galley-style kitchen with dining area and lounge, and a complete bathroom with bath and electric shower.
The Coach House Cottage consists of a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a second shower room, dining area, large lounge with working open fire and vaulted ceiling, well equipped kitchen and a courtyard with barbeque and seating - hopefully the weather will allow you to take advantage of it! There is also the option of adding a full-sized single bed in the lounge for up to one additional guest.
The Padarn apartment is situated on the first floor of the main building and consists of 3 double bedrooms and a large twin bedroom, each of which has its own wash basin, and the large twin bedroom has a set of full-sized single bunk beds for up to two additional guests.
There is a very large well equipped kitchen, one complete bathroom with W/C, bath and large separate shower, and a second W/C shower room - all of which have recently been redesigned and refurbished to a very high standard.
There is also a large, dual aspect living room, and a separate dining room with seating for up to 10 people.
We are an ideal choice for family reunions, large parties or groups of friends, and group discounts are available.
There's ample parking for over a dozen cars on our 7-acre property which guests are more than welcome to explore.
We are only an 8-10 minute walk from the village of Llanberis and its amenities, as well as Snowdon and Padarn Lake railways, Electric Mountain, and both the National Slate Quarry Museum and Padarn Park are literally on our doorstep.
