The lounge is furnished with comfortable reclining leather seating and equipped with a large smart TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi system. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge with 3 star freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and automatic washing machine. The dining area has seating for 4 (highchair available on request). The bathroom provides power shower / toilet and wash hand basin with heated towel rail.
Stairs from the dining area lead to the upstairs twin bedroom and galleried sitting area.
The garden area is fully enclosed with a rotary clothesline, cushioned patio furniture, BBQ, fire pit and a luxurious private HOT TUB
Briallen is the other one of the two tastefully converted stone cottages completely renovated to a very high standard for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
The accommodation comfortably sleeps two with one upstairs king size galleried bedroom. A travel cot is available on request.

Both cottages have full oil central heating and all fuel for heating and cooking is included in the price. Bed linen is provided but towels are available at extra cost on request.
