The open-plan living space includes a comfortable seating area with a Smart TV and streaming services, a solid oak dining table seating four, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
The two bedrooms offer low oak beds with soft ambient headboard lighting and shared wardrobe space. Please note that the bedrooms have restricted head height, with exposed beams adding to the character of the space. The contemporary bathroom features a large walk-in shower for added comfort.
Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious private patio with sea and garden views, complete with a Swedish wood-fired hot tub. Perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks or a relaxing soak after a day exploring the coast.
The barn is ideally located for exploring the area, with Mwnt Beach just a short walk away and the market town of Cardigan only a 10-minute drive, offering shops, cafés and restaurants. Dog restrictions apply on Mwnt Beach from May to September, but well-behaved dogs are welcome at the property.
