A spacious property have 2 bathrooms large rear lawns sloping gently to the west with panormic views of Skomer island to the south west and Ramsey island to the north west, has an entrance hallway with Kitchen on your left straight on into the lounge diner, leading to the sunken dining room with stunning views of the sea through the patio doors which open out onto the patio and lawns. comfortably furnished with settee, easy chairs, TV, DVD and WiFi and occasional furniture. . Heating is by gas fired central heating plus a log burner with logs provided. The dining area has a dining table and six chairs, the fitted kitchen has an electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer as well as all the pots and pans you will need.
There’s a downstairs bathroom has WC, wash hand basin and bath with separate shower cubicle.
The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, bedroom two is twin bedded and bedroom three has twin beds. Bed linen is provided and the beds have duvets. there is a toilet and hand wash basin up stairs.
The enclosed garden which overlooks St Brides Bay has a garden table and chairs, the perfect place to enjoy an evening BBQ whilst watching the sunset over Ramsey Island,. there’s a gate in the garden fence leading to some 142 acres of meadow land which guests may wander over if they wish
The Cottage is approached on a tarmac driveway then brick paved car parking area, it is the last property on the driveway, so there is no passing traffic
