One in a row of listed cottages on the Vale of Nantgwynant side of this popular inland tourist resort at the foot of Snowdon. Cosy and tastefully furnished to match its period. The crystal clear river Glaslyn can be seen and soothingly heard from the patio. Small, attractive and built of local stone. Beddgelert, a picture postcard conservation village with its twin rivers and a hump-back bridge, draws its visitors throughout the year. Healthy, scenic walks, mountain climbing or rambling from its doorstep. Comfortably prepared.

One double bedroom. Bed linen and towels are not included.
Bath and WC with shower over the bath.
Lounge includes exposed beams and a stone fireplace with multi fuel/log burning stove, TV, CD & DVD, Freeview, bed settee, electric fan heater and night storage heater. Split level to bathroom.
Modern and fitted kitchen/diner with sliding patio door, electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and under the counter fridge with small freezer in the top of the fridge. (Also night storage heater)
Sunny patio with table and chairs - with low wall and steps to the river.
Night storage and electric heaters.
Electricity paid by card meter.
Street parking on opposite side of the road. No problem usually.
No pets
No linen or towels available.

A single £27 Booking Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the price shown. Bookings for 2 weeks will be eligible for a £27 Multi-week Saving. Please claim this in the 'Additional Information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card.

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). This has already been selected for you when you book, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
