The Castle Inn is a 19th century, traditional Welsh stone Pub, Restaurant and Inn. We are in the heart of Newport and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The Castle Inn offers a classic, homely bar, restaurant and beer garden. The bar area features an open fireplace to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests and their furry companions (preferably dogs, no alpacas, please!). Join us for local real ales, a wide choice of beers and ciders together with a comprehensive wine menu.
In addition to our regular menu a light menu is also available together with snacks and a comprehensive day and evening menu. All food is freshly prepared and ingredients sourced from local suppliers where possible. We are situated in the town centre with private parking, spectacular views and only two minutes from coastal path. We have a lovely perfectly positioned beer garden for you to enjoy a pint, plate of food and the late evening sun. Dogs are welcome in the bar and beer garden. We are fifteen minutes’ drive from the ferry terminal in Goodwick/ Fishguard and twenty minutes’ drive from Cardigan.
