With no close neighbours, 1.93m high fencing encompassing a quarter of an acre garden and the hut, with stunning Mountain Views. You can feel safe and secure whilst enjoying a great expanse of fields and mountains beyond, in our Accessible double shepherds’ huts. We are very dog friendly and provide a welcome pack for them and their owners. Dogs and other pets are allowed throughout the hut. Thick Welsh blankets are provided on the recliner chairs for those who like to jump up and snuggle.

Access is via a ramp through a wide glass sliding door, into the living / kitchen area, in here you’ll find:

A roll under sink and induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven, slow cooker, mini 2L Air fryer, and hand blender, plus a whistling kettle to use on the hob.

2x riser recliner chairs with drop arms for easier transfers or dogs also enjoy spreading across the two, plenty of space in front of chairs (1.5m) if guests who use wheelchairs would like to sit there or next to the recliners.

In the bedroom hut through the hallway there are a choice of beds:

Optional full length side rails and bumpers with a double duvet to provide additional comfort.

Both beds have a gap underneath to allow guests to bring a mobile hoist and are 50cm from the floor to top of the mattress. New for autumn 2025 the choice to use a Birdie 180kg mobile hoist for guests to use free of charge.

The last bed choice is a custom designed sensory pod bunk beds, which in the future will have a safe space within the lower pod when not in use it's set up as an Additional play space, with Z-foam mattress as a chair and soft play mat on the floor - soft play balls available and a range of sensory gadgets and board games. Both pods have twinkle lighting in the ceiling, electric sockets and sliding doors ideal space for teenager or those who need a calm space to relax in. The water in the huts and outside tap come from our private mountain spring water supply, UV filtered for your use.
