About Welsh Spitfire Museum & Shop

The Welsh Spitfire Museum was established in 2007 with the object of opening a museum to disseminate information to the public on aviation in general and military aviation in particular. This task is assisted by the creation of a military history library. The organisation is a registered charity under the name The Aviation Heritage Foundation. Originally the museum was at Withybush airfield in Haverfordwest Wales. Later this was moved to a charity shop we have in Bridge Street Haverfordwest. We'd like to enhance your future while you help us to preserve your past. Spitfire GJ668 is a registered aircraft with the Civil Aviation Authority and the objective is to restore her to flying condition.
