About Mid Wales Arts Centre & Sculpture Park
Works of art on display are for sale, and include major artworks as well as less expensive items such as cards, prints and pots that make ideal gifts. Exhibiting artists also present events and workshops linked to their exhibitions.
In addition to the exhibitions there is a permanent collection of paintings, murals, enamels and sculptures by Stefan Knapp (1921-1996) representing his lifetime's achievement, with important pieces from 1942-1996.
The gallery is open 11am - 4pm, Thursday - Sunday, or by prior arrangement and refreshments are available including fresh coffee, a wide range of teas, healthy snacks, delicious home-made cakes, scones and afternoon teas.
With over 125 sculptures set in garden and farmland surroundings and the home of Sculpture Cymru, (sculptors in Wales) Mid Wales Arts makes the perfect place for a stroll to explore and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
