Llandegfedd Lake provides a variety of exciting activities, both on the water and on land. They offer some of the best sailing experiences in South Wales, with fully accessible options for everyone. Other water activities include windsurfing, dinghy sailing, stand-up paddle boarding, pedal boarding, canoeing, and kayaking. On land, you can enjoy adventures like laser clay shooting, axe throwing, and archery. Additionally, they have a range of beautiful walking trails to suit all levels, from easy strolls to more challenging hikes of varying distances.
The Visitor Centre, designed by award-winning architects, features a café with panoramic views of the lake and water activities - a beautiful spot to enjoy a cuppa. The café offers a varied menu with daily specials made from seasonal produce, alongside popular favourites and its renowned cooked breakfast. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining on the dog-friendly balcony, which overlooks the lake. The light-filled space, with floor-to-ceiling windows, ensures stunning views from every seat. Takeaway options include homemade scones, Welsh cakes, and other local treats. Afternoon tea is also available by advance booking on the website.
