About Leanne Bird Wellbeing & Adventure
At Leanne Bird Wellbeing & Adventure ensuring you have a positive and safe experience is top of the list. Whether you are paddleboarding down the river, walking the coastal path or on one of our adventure or wellbeing experience days, we aim to support, empower and educate while providing a calm, friendly environment.
We generally take out small groups to ensure everyone gets our instructors / guides attention and you are able to make the connection with the environment around you, others on the session and yourself. Our groups are mainly adults, children are welcome with a parent / legal guardian.
Our services include the following:
- Walking (including wellbeing walks, introduction to walking, walking fitness, explorer walks)
- Paddleboarding (including introductory lessons, improver lessons, introduction to the sea, wellbeing paddles, wild sup adventures, SUP fitness, SUP yoga and sup rescue)
- Outdoor and indoor yoga
- Nature connection sessions
We also have multi-day holidays and retreats on offer and team up with other local providers to put on joint sessions e.g. Wild SUP, Swim & Wellbeing.
If you can't find a session on a date suitable for you can get in touch and we can look at putting on a private session on a mutually suitable date.
