As one of the only opportunities to drive your own hire boat in Cardiff Bay, our Berry Boats are available to hire from the waterfront near various shops and restaurants. With a capacity of six (not including pets!) our trips are perfect for family outings, cruises with friends, couples’ trips or even with your furry friends, we outfit everybody with life vests and teach you how to operate your berry boat, then leave you to enjoy an experience like no other!
We offer two separate routes which allow you to capture the best angles of Cardiff Bay and get the most out of your trip. The half-hour trip lets you cruise around the perimeter of Cardiff Bay allowing you to see the Senedd, yacht clubs, Cardiff Barrage and many more famous sights from a whole new angle.
The hour long trip allows you to travel up the River Taff, through the tunnels under the railway bridge and rewards you with an impressive view of the Principality arena before returning back to Cardiff Bay.
