About Ysgubor Cerrig/Stone Barn Cottage
Situated close to the pretty village of Ffostrasol in West Wales, Stone Barn Cottage/Ysgubor Cerrig is set within 20 acres of open farmland and wildflower meadows with glorious views towards the Preseli Mountains, yet only a few miles from the beautiful Welsh coastline and sandy beaches. The farm is off the B4571 road, in an unspoilt rural location making it safe for children. The modern and luxurious Stone Barn has two very large bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 4.
Stone Barn is set in beautiful rural surroundings, and provides flexible accommodation for adults and families. It has been designed with a mixture of exposed beams and contemporary furnishings.
The upstairs bedroom has a King size bed and two single futon beds for adults or children. The downstairs bedroom has twin beds which can be connected to make a Super king size bed. There is space in either bedroom for our travel cot, available for little guests. Both have en-suites; either bath or shower, plenty of storage space and walk-in wardrobes. The beds are made up ready for your arrival; linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. It has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is plenty of storage space, all the usual equipment and kitchen utensils.
Downstairs is a large lounge where you can sit and relax, read or watch the TV and DVD. A selection of games, jigsaws, films and books available for use during your stay.
The Summer House is set in the top of the gardens, next to the meadows and fields. Rotating to catch the morning sunrise and the stunning evening sunsets, it is a lovely, peaceful place to relax and enjoy an evening drink after a day in Wales.
Stone Barn has an outside seating area with BBQ for your use. You can also enjoy wandering around the gardens that surround the cottage, or stroll through the orchards, vegetable and fruit gardens. End a busy day on the beach or walking the coastal footpaths in the relaxing hot tub.
