It is just the place to relax and admire the far reaching sea and mountain views, from the large, picture window. There is also a 56" wall mounted “smart”TV.
The bright, modern kitchen is well equipped with a large, John Lewis table, butchers block and seating for six.
Two bedrooms rest on the ground floor, comprising a super king-size and a king-size.
The first boasts a Laura Ashley dressing table and a freestanding wardrobe, whilst the second is joined by a Laura Ashley chest of drawers and a wonderful en-suite shower room, elevated by a rainfall shower.
At the end of a rewarding day luxuriate on our quality mattresses and crisp, cotton sheets.
An additional walk-in shower room ensures everyone has somewhere to get ready in style. It is possible to designate this shower room and WC as for the exclusive use of the super king size bedroom, although they are not directly adjoining.
Each room then has its own exclusive washroom and WC.
Upstairs may be viewed as a separate suite of rooms.
The luxurious Master bedroom has an elevated seating area with magnificent sea views. There is a large sumptuous adjoining bathroom, with full size deep, rolled top bath.
Along the landing which is furnished with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes is an upstairs sitting room with cocktail table and stools.
A couple can enjoy a glass of champagne whilst appreciating the far reaching sea views to Anglesey, Puffin Island and beyond.
This room also offers a comfortable Laura Ashley sofa and a wall mounted TV.
The upstairs landing provides a quiet place to retreat to, with a chic chaise longue and an assortment of good books.
Wander outside to be at one with the scenery. There is good quality wooden garden furniture and a raised decked area to relax outside and enjoy the spectacular views.
The beach is directly opposite.
Enjoy a romantic, moonlit walk along the seashore or promenade, with its picturesque Victorian streetlamps.
The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes, and views towards Anglesey and Puffin Island.
It is possible to abandon your car for the week whilst you holiday at Wave Crest, there is so much to do within walking distance.
Turn left outside the property and enjoy a walk along the coastal path all the way to the picturesque medieval walled town of Conwy.
Turn right outside the property and the spectacular Great Orme is only minutes away, with coastal walks, a gentle climb to the “invalid walk” and the hill side cafe.
Or just take a gentle stroll into town along the wide boulevard, past the quaint Victorian tram station and the famous Statue of the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland.
It is a ten to fifteen minute walk into Llandudno with its many shops, cafes and restaurants.
