Fantastic top floor location. The View Aberdovey, a duplex Sea View Apartment is very well equipped for a holiday by the sea. Comfortable lounge with cosy fabric sofa which also doubles up as a sofa bed for one extra guest if required (extra charge will apply). Additional comfortable seating, with dining table and chairs in the Bay Window for dining with a View! TV with Netflix and DVD and Wi-Fi as standard.
Sleeping is by way of one double bedroom on the upper floor, at the rear of the property, with surprise access to a roof top terrace for the adults which is complete with bistro table and chairs. A sliding door in the bedroom reveals an additional W.C. and wash hand basin. The second bedroom is located at the same level as the lounge and accessed from the hallway. This is usually configured to twin beds, but can be changed to a super king size bed with 48 hour advance request please. Storage, hanging space, dressing table, bedside tables and bedside lights complete the look. The family friendly bathroom is next door to the second bedroom, with bath and shower over, wash hand basin, W.C. and heated towel rail.
Kitchen at rear of lounge with fridge, hob, oven, washer/ dryer, and much more. Carpeted areas lounge, bedrooms and hallway. Tiled floor kitchen and bathroom areas. Electric heating throughout. Car parking permit provided for use on the car park opposite. Sorry no pets.
The roof top terrace is a great place for some quiet relaxation, but please do not leave your children unattended at any time, thanks.
