Is a single story Scandinavian-style pine lodge, in an enviable elevated secluded position overlooking the shore with views of the Menai Straits towards Snowdonia and Puffin Island. It is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is directly on The Anglesey Coastal Path. It is directly on The Anglesey Coastal Path. Beaumaris (2 miles) is a World Heritage Site and has been voted Ynys Mon’s most attractive town. It has a castle, pier, various interesting independent shops and excellent restaurants. Boat trips to Puffin Island and fishing trips can be booked locally.

Accessibility Statement: There are 5 steps up to the property. The accommodation is on one level but the doorway into the shower room and bedrooms is narrow. There is a shower. A vibrating alarm clock is provided. Subtitles are available on the TV.

Outside there is a large veranda with sea views and a patio table and chairs.

Dining area has a table and 4 chairs with sea view.

Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, side tables, fitted wardrobe, illuminated dressing table and garden view.

Bedroom 2 has 2 small twin beds, shared side table, fitted wardrobe and small dressing table.

Shower room with basin, WC, heated towel rail and walk in shower cubical with electric shower.

Electric panel heating and Wi-Fi included.

Bed linen and towels included.

Outside:

Attractive grassed gardens. Veranda with table and chairs with spectacular views of the Menai Straits. Wooden bench and extra garden seating.

Y Cylch a circular patio sitting area around a fire pit again with sea views. Attractive evening lighting.

Through the blue gate and down the steps, turn right across the lawn to bring you to a small stile which offers private direct access onto the beach. Car parking.

NB:

No smoking please.

Due to stepped access, this property may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility issues.

There are level changes around the property and guests need to be aware of these and the incoming tide times if accompanied by children.

The approach is 3/4 mile off the highway down an uneven private farm track.

One dog welcomed at small extra charge.

There is livestock in adjacent fields.
