Sea Watch is a well appointed 3 bedroom house that sleeps 6, located on the seafront in Mumbles. The house has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen / dining room, spacious utility room & a small secure enclosed back yard to dry washing, hang wet suits, store surfboards and such like. The sumptuous lounge is on the 1st floor with an excellent sea view. The house enjoys views across Swansea Bay & is within walking distance of local amenities including shops, restaurants, bars, play areas, the pier, the castle, crazy golf etc. There are bicycles to hire across the road from the house & the Wales Coastal Path & cycle path are right opposite too. There is a small front garden with furniture to sit out & enjoy watching the water sports in the bay. There is a pay & display car park opposite & free on road parking nearby or visitors parking directly outside the house subject to availability with a visitor permit, (this must be purchased online from Swansea City Council in advance - https://www.swansea.gov.uk/holidayvisitor). There is also a bus stop nearby.
