Sea Moss Cabin offers a dream self-catering holiday in West Wales. This wonderful, detached holiday home is set in an elevated position on the coastal edge of the Cadair Idris Mountain range, within the Woodlands Holiday Park in Bryncrug, near Tywyn. It has spectacular views towards the sea, the mountains and the Talyllyn Railway - the oldest restored narrow gauge in the world, you can hear the trains whistle as they pass on the other side of the valley. Sea Moss Cabin is a superb retreat for a couple looking for a getaway. It has its own patio from which you can watch the sun set over the sea. The Southwest facing aspect and large double-glazed patio doors and windows allow sunlight to stream in throughout the Cabin all year round. The coastal location of Sea Moss Cabin is warmer and sunnier than most of the surrounding Snowdonia countryside. It is the only Chalet on the park to be fully centrally heated for those cooler evenings, ensuring that it is warm and cosy whatever the weather! It is completely accessible without any steps and has off road parking adjacent to the front door, making it easy for you to offload your cases upon arrival. You are close to beautiful sandy beaches at Tywyn, Aberdovey, Fairbourne and Barmouth. Everything you need is at your fingertips, including a sitting area where you can cosy up on the sofa together after an adventurous outing. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and cafetiere. Food preparation is a pleasure with a clean, convenient layout and great views too! In the evening, whether relaxing in one of two comfy sofas or the super comfortable bed, marvel at those beautiful views ahead, before switching on the flatscreen TV & DVD player for some in house entertainment. Bathroom facilities are all ensuite with toilet. There is a new Hand-Held Shower System with a “Rainfall” Head. The Bathroom mirror has a touch sensitive LED surround. Electricity, Gas, Bed linen and towels are all covered within the price, so no inconvenient meters or further payments are required. It is conveniently situated near to the Wales Coast Path and Cycle Trails such as the Traws Eryri Cycle Trail. Other attractions include Dolgoch Falls and the ruins of Castell y Bere, the “Castle of the Winds” built by the Prince of Wales in the 12th Century. This getaway destination makes a great base to explore both the Cambrian Coast and the mountains of Southern Eryri (Snowdonia).
