While the main lounge has an open fire for chillier evenings there is a further lounge on the first floor to relax in. Penrhiw is ideal for couples, larger parties or 2 families. Upstairs are two double bedrooms at either end of the house, one with an ensuite bathroom, and two further bedrooms nearby. On the ground floor there is a further bedroom with adjacent wet room and kitchen area suitable for those with impaired mobility.
The enclosed garden to the rear of the house provides a secluded play area, ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach and the hot tub makes a great place to lie back and take in the sunset.
